1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Fixspert, you agree to these terms.
2. Platform Description
Fixspert is an IT complaint resolution platform, freelance marketplace, and cybersecurity audit service connecting clients with verified engineers.
3. Escrow & Payments
Payment held in escrow, released only when you confirm work is complete. Platform fee is 10% of the transaction amount.
4. Engineer Obligations
Engineers must deliver quality work. Poor work, no response, scams, or unprofessional behavior results in warnings. Three warnings = permanent ban.
5. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate descriptions, pay the agreed amount, and confirm resolution once satisfactorily completed.
6. Report System
Clients can report engineers for violations. Admin reviews every report. Three warnings = permanent ban. Banned users cannot create new accounts.
7. Prohibited Activities
No spam, fraud, abuse, illegal activities, sharing credentials, or circumventing payment system. Violations = immediate termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fixspert connects users. Not liable for work quality, but provides escrow protection and dispute resolution.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update terms. Users notified of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
